Join me for an immersive single-day photography workshop on the Dingle Peninsula. From sunrise to sunset, capture the rugged coastline, rolling hills, and vibrant villages of this beautiful region with expert guidance.
What’s Covered:
Photography Process: Understand the journey of capturing a photograph, from initial approach to the final shot.
Composition: Learn my approach to building an image, focusing on framing techniques and creating the star of the show. Discover how micro adjustments can fine-tune your composition for a perfect shot.
Camera Angles: Explore how different camera angles can transform your photos and evoke various emotions.
Creative Headspace: Cultivate the right mindset for creativity and enhance your ability to capture stunning photographs.
Enjoyment: Learn techniques to reduce stress and increase enjoyment in your photography.
Location: Kerry, Dingle Peninsula, Ireland: A absolutely stunning part of Ireland and in my opinion one of the best for photography. I have spent many years travelling to here in all types of conditions so I will be able to guide you through the area and ensure we are at the right place at the right time. You will visit Clogher Beach, Clogher Head, Dunquin Pier, Coumeenoole Strand, Dunmore Head & Slea Head drive, which all offer views of the islands that lie off the coast. The conditions here are very changeable, so it will be a fluid workshop to ensure that you can be at the right spot at the right time and capture shots of epic proportions.
Time: Starting just before sunrise and finishing after sunset you will get to fully immerse yourself in the location and reap the rewards of a great day out with your camera.

What to consider beforehand ?
What is your understanding of your camera
Bring charged batteries, empty memory cards & spares, camera body ( of course), 1 x wide and 1 x telephoto lens ( you don’t need the kitchen sink )
A Tripod is needed for long exposures as are filters
Sturdy boots/ Wellies, clothing to keep you dry and warm, Irish weather can change quickly after all
I will send you a questionnaire beforehand to get to know your needs more
