Location: An expanse of rugged, mountainous land extends to the world-famous Lakes of Killarney in the southwest of County Kerry. Killarney National Park, with its unforgettable combination of mountains, lakes, woodland, and waterfalls, covers 10,000 hectares. The United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) has designated Killarney National Park as a Biosphere Reserve for conservation and research efforts, joining Glacier National Park in Montana, USA.

Timing: Join this immersive two-day photography workshop designed to enhance your skills and provide double the opportunities to capture stunning images. From sunrise to sunset each day, you'll engage in hands-on sessions covering the entire photography process, composition techniques, creative headspace, camera angles, and technical skills. Enjoy personalised instruction, practical exercises, and group critiques in a supportive environment. With the chance to photograph breathtaking locations during optimal light conditions, you'll refine your style and technique, leaving with beautiful images, valuable resources, and lasting memories..

What to consider beforehand ?

• What is your understanding of your camera

• Bring charged batteries, empty memory cards & spares, camera body ( of course), 1 x wide and 1 x telephoto lens ( you don’t need the kitchen sink )

• A Tripod is needed for long exposures as are filters

• Sturdy boots/ Wellies, clothing to keep you dry and warm, Irish weather can change quickly after all

  I will send you a questionnaire beforehand to get to know your needs more
